Why do you wish to join the staff team?
the server is starting off strong in the beta, and i have seen plenty of positive feedback with rule breakers being banned and warned etc, However improvements can always be made and certain rule breakers are slipping through the cracks and bans aren't as serious as they should be. However i understand this is just because its a beta and not everything is being taken seriously however i would like to show how professional and excellent i can be as a member of staff. I would also like to show my skills and courage and bring it into this server. Another reason i would like to join is to socialise and branch out with other staff members as they all seem welcoming and kind hearted and extremely chill and people i would like to be around. Finally my last reason i would wish to join staff is so i can help the server develop and grow into the server it deserves to be as the staff team are excellent and always work around the clock 24/7 to make sure the server is in its best possible state.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I'm a very good listener and a confident speaker , i also take my roles seriously and understand that with power comes responsibility and that keeping cool is more important than anything else and that using the roles sensibly and not abusing is extremely important.
What is your biggest strength?
my confidence and my fitting in well with other people which will ensure my success as networking with the staff.
What is your biggest weakness?
My biggest weakness over commitment and this drags all my other skills down and stops me from achieving the highest of the highest goals and needs to be worked on.
What could you bring to Rage?
I could bring new and polished ideas that the players would like extremely and help the server grow that would cause new RP interactions and help grow the bond in the community and help increase the amount of players flowing in the server, I could also bring a more friendly vibe and a more comedic side of things.
How often can you be active?
6-8 hours a day
