Why do you wish to join the staff team?
I am writing to express my interest in joining the staff team for Rage RP. After testing the server and exploring its community, I have come to appreciate its potential and the positive atmosphere it contains (especially as a person who has experienced other servers that I was apart of staff on like corrupt rp, where the team was full of kids and immature people, i am also currently staff on ARMA Deathmatch, however i can leave this if its really needed however it is a deathmatch server not a roleplay server). As someone who previously enjoyed the CMG server and learned that Rage RP was inspired by it, I felt a strong connection to this server from the outset.
I have observed that the staff here seem dedicated and professional, especially when compared to other servers I’ve been a part of. In my experience, many CMG inspired servers are often full with immature behavior and power hungry staff members who abuse their perms. While I have noticed a few isolated incidents involving staff, these instances were minor and not reflective of the overall environment.
Having spent a considerable amount of time in the beta and trial phases of this server, I truly believe Rage RP has great potential. However, during my time in the server, I have also encountered frequent instances of RDM and potential cheating. I am confident that with my active presence and willingness to take direct action, I can contribute positively to maintaining the integrity of the server, enhancing the overall playability, and ensuring a better experience for all members of the community.

Why should we choose you over other applicants?
I believe I stand out as a strong candidate for this position due to my maturity and calm, professional demeanor. I pride myself on being level headed and approachable, which helps me handle challenging situations with composure. Additionally, I have developed positive relationships with several members of the current staff team, and I am confident they can vouch for my character in an unbiased manner.
I am neither a ragebaiter nor toxic in my interactions, and I consistently strive to maintain a respectful and mature presence within the community. I am certain these qualities will allow me to contribute effectively to the staff team and uphold the standards of Rage RP.
What is your biggest strength?
I see a big strength is a level on my maturity and ability to remain calm, especially in high-pressure situations. I do not snap or become flustered when dealing with challenges. Instead, I approach each situation with a calm and level headed mindset, addressing issues in a firm yet respectful manner. This composure allows me to effectively manage difficult circumstances and maintain a positive environment within the community. Especially with most of the community interested within these types of servers been quite high ego'd people and having bad mouths.
What is your biggest weakness?
While I consider myself a mature individual, I acknowledge that I can sometimes display sarcasm, particularly when the obvious is pointed out. I understand that this may be perceived as a lack of professionalism, but I assure you that it is not reflective of my overall character. I am aware of this tendency and actively work to ensure it doesn't impact my professional interactions.
Additionally, I recognize that my availability can sometimes be inconsistent due to my time schedules and all that etc. While I strive to manage my time effectively, I understand the importance of being reliable, and I am committed to improving in this area.
What could you bring to Rage?
By joining the staff team, I would bring a calm, approachable, and mature presence to the community. My goal is not only to maintain a positive atmosphere but also to create an environment (As Ray, as a player, and a staff member, a personality and collection of my own atmosphere as a whole) where players feel valued and respected. I believe that my demeanor and attitude would resonate well with the community, and I am confident that players would appreciate having another staff member they can trust and rely on.
In addition to my ability to remain level-headed in all situations, I understand the importance of building trust both way between the staff and the player base. I am committed to handling situations independently and professionally, ensuring that any issues are resolved fairly and in a manner that aligns with the values of Rage RP. My approach is to always prioritize the wellbeing of the community (not in a completely non-toxic way but creating an environment where, where in staff mode players feel like they can talk to me about the issue e.g. cheaters, rdmers, and not feel like I will have a toxic/biased opinion) and the integrity of the server, ensuring that players have a reason to be active and engaged.
I am confident that my contributions would not only enhance the staff team but also encourage greater player retention and enjoyment, helping to make Rage RP an even more enjoyable experience for everyone including staff and players, also to make the higher ups (LC8, JC, PILLY and other high admins etc. feel like their server can be left in good hands and sits can be managed quickly and effectively when there not around to support and supervise themselves.)
How often can you be active?
A few hours a day ish, with possible inconsistency due to school and other stuff etc. however will at least be on every day.
Is there anything else you'd wish to add?
I would like to address a concern that has been raised within the community by both staff members and players, specifically the allegation that I may be using third-party applications or cheating within the server. I want to make it absolutely clear that I do not engage in any form of cheating or use any unfair advantages.
To address these concerns, I have willingly participated in multiple screenings and provided evidence to demonstrate my commitment to fair play. This includes sharing screenshots, clips, a 10-minute POV, and even an echo scan, all of which I sent directly to the admin, Solar. I have nothing to hide, and I am more than willing to provide additional POVs and cheat detector scans as necessary to clear my name.
As someone with a background in aiming, which the Community Manager, LC8, is aware of, I can assure everyone that my skills are the result of practice and experience, not external tools. I felt it was important to directly address these allegations here and now to provide transparency and clarity. I want everyone to have a clear understanding of the situation, rather than any vague assumptions to persist within the test server (e.g POV's I have sent to AK47)
Putting this aside, I will state a positive manor that i would like to add, values which you should take into consideration.
I would like to emphasize my genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and success of Rage RP. Having spent considerable time within the server, I have developed a strong understanding of the community's dynamics and the importance of creating a supportive environment for all players. I am committed to upholding the server's standards and ensuring a positive, fair, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
In addition to my maturity and calmness under pressure, I possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. These abilities, combined with my passion for the server, would enable me to effectively collaborate with other staff members and address any issues that arise promptly and professionally. I am also eager to continuously learn and improve, always striving to be the best staff member I can be.
